Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ListingLens browser extension and the ListingLens Pro license, provided by Vietcodex ("we", "us"). By installing or using ListingLens you agree to them.
1. The service
ListingLens reads the Amazon product listing you are viewing and scores it, showing a grade and the top fixes ranked by impact across images, A+ content, title, bullets, reviews, description, discoverability and compliance. The free plan audits listings with the full score and ranked fixes. ListingLens Pro adds branded white-label PDF export, batch auditing of multiple ASINs, and competitor-gap comparison.
2. License
ListingLens Pro is sold as a one-time license for personal or commercial use and includes updates to the extension. The license is tied to your purchase and is for your own use; you may not resell, sublicense, or share it. We may deactivate licenses that are shared or obtained fraudulently.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use ListingLens lawfully. ListingLens reads the listing on the page in front of you to score it; it does not modify, place orders on, bulk-scrape, or automate any website, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. You are responsible for how you use the insights and any report it generates.
4. Guidance, not guarantees
ListingLens's score and recommendations are guidance based on common Amazon best practices. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, sales, or performance outcome from acting on its suggestions.
5. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices may change, but changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

7. Warranty & liability
ListingLens is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
