How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase with the email address you used to buy. You don't need to give a reason. We'll process the refund through Paddle, our Merchant of Record — refunds typically land back on your card within a few business days.
EU / UK consumers
The free version lets you fully evaluate TailGrab before buying. If you are an EU/UK consumer, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods applies; by purchasing you may be asked to agree that delivery (your license key) begins immediately. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee above is longer than the statutory minimum and applies to everyone, everywhere.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and the extension returns to the free plan.
