Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TrustShield browser extension and the TrustShield Pro license, provided by Vietcodex ("we", "us"). By installing or using TrustShield you agree to them.
1. The service
TrustShield audits an e-commerce storefront you have open, and that store's own policy pages, against documented Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok Shop, and FTC requirements, and returns a severity-ranked list of fixes. The free plan gives unlimited storefront audits with the full risk score and core checks. TrustShield Pro adds a white-label PDF report, additional Meta and TikTok Shop rules, multi-store profiles, and competitor-store compare.
2. What TrustShield is — and is not
TrustShield is an informational tool that reduces known, documented storefront risks before you submit for ad review. It is not a guarantee: it does not prevent, and cannot promise to prevent, any account suspension, disapproval, or reinstatement. Platform review decisions also weigh signals TrustShield cannot see — such as your product feed, ad creative, and account history — and are made solely by the platforms. TrustShield is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Google, Meta, TikTok, or any platform, and referenced policies belong to their respective owners.
3. License
TrustShield Pro is sold as a one-time license for personal or commercial use, activatable on up to three devices per license, and includes updates to the extension. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your license key. We may deactivate keys that are shared or obtained fraudulently.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use TrustShield lawfully and only on storefronts you own or are authorized to audit, and to respect the terms of service of the sites you audit. You are responsible for the changes you make to your store and for your own compliance with platform policies.
5. Best-effort tooling
The checks, risk scores, policy mappings, and claim flags are best-effort and based on publicly documented policies that platforms may change at any time. Ad-claim flags are heuristic and shown for you to review — some may be false positives, and TrustShield may not catch every issue. Verify findings against the current policy and, where needed, professional advice before acting.
6. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices may change, but changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

8. Warranty & liability
TrustShield is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages — including any account suspension, lost revenue, or ad spend — and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
