Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ScriptDrag browser extension and the ScriptDrag Pro license, provided by Vietcodex ("we", "us"). By installing or using ScriptDrag you agree to them.
1. The service
ScriptDrag reads a web page's performance timing and reports the third-party scripts on it, their size and estimated main-thread cost, and a kill-list of what to defer or drop. The free plan allows a limited number of scans per day. ScriptDrag Pro removes that limit and unlocks the full kill-list, the redundant-vendor detector, CSV/JSON export, and the branded shareable report.
2. License
ScriptDrag Pro is sold as a one-time license for personal or commercial use, activatable on up to three devices per license, and includes updates to the extension. The license is for your use; you may not resell, sublicense, or share your license key. We may deactivate keys that are shared or obtained fraudulently.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use ScriptDrag lawfully. ScriptDrag analyzes performance data already collected by your own browser for the page in front of you; it does not block, modify, scrape, or automate any website. You are responsible for how you use the insights and any report it generates.
4. Estimates, not measurements
ScriptDrag's main-thread cost is an estimate derived from script size, and some cross-origin scripts hide their true size from the browser. The tool clearly labels estimates and hidden sizes. We do not guarantee any specific performance outcome from acting on its suggestions.
5. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices may change, but changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

7. Warranty & liability
ScriptDrag is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
